Yellowstone Walking and Hiking Tour for 2012

Yellowstone Walking and Hiking Tour for 2012

Our hiking and walking trip of Yellowstone National Park begins in Wyoming and ends in Idaho.  We enjoy 6 days of walking and hiking alpine forested trails, woodland valley paths and a chance to float on world class Snake River.  Our tour for 2012 uses the Old Faithful Inn, the Lake Yellowstone Hotel, Jackson Lake Lodge and design hotel- Hotel Terra.  Hiking and walking Wyoming and Idaho allows you to see a diversity of animals, geysers and spectacular flora and fauna.   Our Virtuoso affiliation has allowed us to block the best dates of summer with the choice lodges.

Glacier National Park Escorted Tours for 2012

Glacier National Park Escorted Tours for 2012

The tours of Glacier National Park for 2012 have been released.  The dates of our summer tours operate from June until September.  The small group tours range from 6 to 9 days.  All of our tours hold precious space at the best lodges of Glacier, including Lake McDonald Lodge, Glacier Park Lodge, Many Glacier Lodge and the Prince of Whales Hotel.  We also have trips that include luxury camping…also called “glamping”.

There are also specific departures that highlight multi-sport activities.  While you are in Glacier National Park you can enjoy hiking, kayaking, horseback, white water rafting and biking to experience the great outdoors.  Our active vacations allow you go travel at your own pace.  And, allows you to travel at a different pace of your travel companion too!  These multi-sport tours allow the best of Glacier National Park to be accessible for tourism.  Our biking tours are also to be done at your own pace as are our walking tours.  Then, to top it off family friendly versions of these same tours make grandparent travel and family travel to the west far reaching and memorable.

We include the Going-to-the-Sun Road on all of our itineraries, but please keep in mind that the roads opening is dependent on snow melt.  The Going-to-the-Sun road is 50 miles of the finest views in the world.   If you want to see more of the great Northwest, take our 3 night extension to North Idaho.  We spend one night in Sandpoint and 2 nights in Coeur d’Alene prior to joining the Glacier tours.    Contact TMI Tours for other customized extensions and opportunities to Glacier National Park, especially our stayovers in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Mary Jane’s Farms in the farm country of Idaho.
